DESCRIPTION:Happy Holidays from the Sheridan County Museum! \nDon’t forget our holiday open house is coming December 20th and 21st from 12:30 pm-5:00pm each day. Admission to the Museum for both days is free. It’s your last chance to see our 2014 seasonal exhibit “Playing Through: Sports & Recreation in Sheridan County.” For those last minute shoppers\, we will have a 15% discount on everything in our Museum Mercantile. \nCraig Johnson\, author of the The Walt Longmire Mysteries\, will be dropping by the Museum on Saturday\, December 20th at 2:00 pm to share a special Christmas story. \nWe also have a special Christmas Tidbit Saturday planned for December 20th @ 1:00 pm. The program is for children ages 4-10\, but all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is no cost to participate\, but space is limited. Please call the Museum at (307) 675-1150 to reserve a spot. \nSee you there. We’ll keep the cider and cookies ready! \n
