All Nations Indian Relay Championships
Gates open at 11:00 featuring food vendors and arts and crafts booths. Races start at 1:00 PM sharp. Six heats of champions with the final race to determine the 2014 PIHRA All Nations Indian Relay Champion and the $20,000 purse.

The Sheridan Fulmer Library will host an artist reception for Charlotte Mehmke on Wednesday, Sept. 17 from 4 to 6 p.m. on the mezzanine. Mehmke’s work is currently displayed in an exhibit titled “Women’s History: Founding Mothers” on the library’s mezzanine. Mehmke has sewn and hand stitched several women’s dresses representing various periods of American history. The dresses range from gowns to simple dresses that would have been worn by female slaves. The exhibit will remain on display through September.

The Throw Down highlights fresh, local products available at the Famers' Market while promoting our fresh, local chef talent! AND THE CONTESTANTS ARE... TODD SWANSON/BIG HORN MERCANTILE ~ ANTONIA ARMENTA-MILLER/CATO RANCH ~ COLE EVANS/FRACKELTON'S Set up is from 3:00-4:30pm. At 4:30 each chef will be given a common secret ingredient, $35 and 15 Minutes to shop the market for additional items needed to make their best farm-to-plate dish. Judging will begin at 5:45pm.
