Gavin Maxwell and Family
Ten year old Gavin has battled Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency since he was an infant and in February, his condition worsened. With a liver that was no longer functioning, a liver transplant became the only option and on March 2 he received his new liver!
A benefit dinner for the Maxwell family will be held on Saturday, May 30th from 5:00pm – 9:00pm at the Kalif Shrine. 100% of funds raised will be submitted through COTA (Children’s Organ Transplant Association) for medical bills.
We are serving Pulled Pork Sandwiches with ‘fixins’ and rootbeer floats and will be holding live and silent auctions for some very nice items!
