CENTURY 21 BHJ Poker Run Rules
- Each entrant (limited to one per household and 18 years of age or older) must visit a minimum of five CENTURY 21 BHJ Open Houses on Saturday, October 17, 2015 during designated time slots. At each open house, the entrant will draw a card from the deck. The REALTOR/host hosting the open house will write the card drawn on the sign in sheet, and initial. After the entrant has gone to as many open houses as they choose, but at least five, they must email a list of their poker hand (best 5 cards) to larkin@c21bhj.com or call 307-621-0100 and leave their name, phone number, and best hand details no later than Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 12:00pm. The best poker hand overall will be the winner of the 50” HDTV as determined by the rules of poker and CENTURY 21 BHJ. The winner will be contacted on Monday, October 19, 2015. The winner need not be present to win.
- Winners agree to allow CENTURY 21 BHJ to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. This includes photographs taken at the event or when the prize is awarded.
- CENTURY 21 BHJ cannot award duplicate prizes to all parties in a “tie” situation. In case of tie, CENTURY 21 BHJ will refer to the card drawn records and compare the other cards drawn by the entrant and use additional cards as a tie breaker. The decision of CENTURY 21 BHJ will be final.
- Employees and agents of CENTURY 21 BHJ and their families are ineligible to enter contests at CENTURY 21 BHJ. Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize, however a gift receipt will accompany the HDTV prize.
- All prizes, unless otherwise stated, must be picked up in person, and signed for by the winner at the CENTURY 21 BHJ business office, located at 40 E. Works St, Sheridan, WY 82801. Over age 18 verification will be required at time of prize pick-up. If prizes are not picked up within 30 Business days, the winner waives their rights to the prize and said prize becomes the possession of CENTURY 21 BHJ and may be awarded to another entrant at CENTURY 21 BHJ’s discretion.
- CENTURY 21 BHJ, its agency, and representatives absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any CENTURY 21 BHJ contest or prize awarded in a contest. All contest entries become the property of CENTURY 21 BHJ.
- CENTURY 21 BHJ may withhold any or all contest materials for any reason management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person or trading of cards between entrants to attempt to make a better hand (as verified by the sign in sheets initialed by the open house host) will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification. Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to change without notice.
